Ok so I am no longer going to Curves to work out. My nutritionist told me that I should do less Curves and more Cardio at Elite. So I did, I went ahead and had them weigh me and here are my measurements. I am hoping to get past this darn plateau and continue to lose weight or at least lose more inches.
Bust-52 inches
Waist- 55 inches
Abdomen-44 inches
Hips- 65 inches
Thighs- 30 inches
Arms- 16 inches
Calf- 20 Inches
Body Fat- 48.7
BMI- 48.6
WEIGHT : 301 LBS
