Trying new things

OK so I decided to try and step up my weight loss.  I am always ready to try new things to help me lose weight.  As I have said before I do not believe in pills or gimmicks for losing weight.  I believe that I did this all to myself and now I have to fix it.

Well I go to a really great gym.  What I like about it is that there is always someone there to help you, they are always more than willing to show you how to use the machines properly so that you do not hurt your self.  They offer personal trainers (at a cost of course) but as I watch them with their trainees I actually see what I can do to change my life as well.  What I love even more is the trainers are all SUPER DUPER  CRAZILY NICE AND ALWAYS ENCOURAGING.

  1. You inspire me! It’s not easy to put old habits aside and endeavor to have a healthier lifestyle. I read your blog about your first gym experience and it’s good to hear that you’re becoming bolder now to try new machines that can work well with you and help you lose more weight. I hope you’ll achieve your target weight soon. :)
